Really, “Let at least 10% Indians know these facts!”

Somebody has posted a message (allegedly inspired by the input from one Sudarsan PK) on social media to this effect: “Even If only 10% of Indians had been as curious about (how the below mentioned things happened – words added by us to make the meaning of the author clear) – India would have been a different place! – (sentence found at the end of this message).

It is very important to answer these insinuations, expose the malicious intention of the author of this message to defame the Modi government and emphasize that, yes, really it is necessary that at least 10% of Indians should know these facts!

And, let us add, if at lest 10% of Indians knew these facts, India would have been a different place!

In that case, in which way India would have been a different place?

In that case, this government – the Modi government – would have been more effective than now; made India a developed country faster then now; controlled the rampant corruption in India faster than now; sent the culprits to jail more in number faster in time than now; made the judiciary in its formation and workings more transparent than now; made the Upper House – Sajya Sabha – of Indian Parliament less obstructionist than now!

India is a free country – a democratic country – and anybody can say anything, right or wrong; even absurd or rubbish! And this statement about the absolute freedom to say whatever one likes includes all –  all means including the author who has penned the said message and the author answering him here.

Then, how to judge what is being said is correct or not correct? There is a test.

The test is: “India First”! The test is that the supreme interest is the interest of India – to the interest of this India, all other interests are subordinate: even the interests of the Indian political parties or of the bureaucracy or of the judiciary are subordinate to the interest of India! India and her interest come first!! Every other interests are only secondary and subservient to the supreme interest of India.

“India First” means only this much and this is the touchstone on the anvil of which the usefulness or correctness of what the author of the said message and the answer to the questions raised in the message has to be tested.

We intend to take ONE issue in ONE post here. Let us go:

(1) “Even If only 10% of Indians had been as curious about ‘How Judge Loya Died’, India would have been a different place!”

Answer: The author is very clever in putting this issue at No. 1 and in utilizing the weight of the prestige of judiciary in his favor by so putting it at No. 1. This issue directly related to Sohrabuddin and Ishrat Jahan and must be answered after those issues are answered. Therefore, we take up those issues at No. 4 and 5 after this:

(4) Even If only 10% of Indians had been as curious about “How Sohrabuddin was killed and how Kausar Bi just disappeared from the face of earth, India would have been a different place!”

Answer: Who was Sohrabuddin? Who was Kausar Bi? Before knowing how Sohrabuddin and Kausar Bi were killed, it is necessary to know who they were. They were terrorists! Who are terrorists? They challenge the India State. They have their own dream. This dream is to subdue all – all States, all governments, all countries, all humans who are undesirables – called Kafirs by them – in their view. Suppose for a moment, they succeed in India; then, there remains no State; no government; no courts of law; no Constitution of India! They have not succeeded yet, but they are trying their best to succeed. It is these people when one talks of Sohrabuddin, Kausar Bi, Ishrat Jahan and their tribe of terrorists. Then, how should they be dealt with by the Indian State, India, Indian government? Is this question worth being asked? It is a question of the survival of India – a Constitutional democratic India – as we know it. What is to be done by India to thwart such challenge to its survival?

It is what the USA did to Bin Laden. He was killed. He was pursued in a foreign country and killed there. Those who killed him were rewarded by the USA. Now, a counter question is posed to the author of the said message: Why should Sohrabuddin, Kausar Bi, Ishrat Jahan be not killed by the might of the Indian State? Why should those who killed them – even those who ordered to kill them – be not rewarded? Why should a judge or a court not take the judicial note of the fact that they were terrorists and that they needed to be killed by the State? It was reported in the press – at that time – that a court had even observed that the court was not interested to know whether Sohrabuddin or Ishrat Jahan was or was not a terrorist but was interested only to know whether these terrorists were or were not killed (in fake encounter)!

Suppose, these terrorists were killed intentionally (in fake encounter), should the organs of Indian State – including courts in India – not take note that all these State organs – including the courts of law – have the capacity to function with a Constitutional mandate of ‘Rule of Law’ only till these organs are not decimated by terrorists? Please have a look at what Syria, Iraq, Yezidis had to undergo at the hands of terrorists! Or, you think India is invincible forever? Everybody has a duty to learn from the history and give a helping hand to those who are aware of this history and trying their best to safeguard India and her future as a free country. Nobody can take liberty to remain ignorant of history, in the volatile world of today!

Here comes the issue of rewarding those who – might have – ordered to kill these terrorists; the issue of Judge Loya and his supposed intention to punish those were found to have ordered the killing of these terrorists; the issue of changing the law dealing with terrorists or changing and / or appointing the appropriate judges; the issue of those politicians who obstruct in Rajya Sabha of Parliament making of needed laws to achieve the desired result in dealing with such abysmal condition of Indian polity.

Let at least 10% Indians know these facts’!

(5) How, Ishrat Jahan died,

Answer: It is answered at No. 4 above.
